Shipping Policy

The cost of shipping is constantly going up! It is your responsibilty to make yourself aware of any changes to our shipping charges and policies.
Nailogic typically ships via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground because these services are trackable. Nailogic reserves the option to ship your order a different method than requested. This may be due to the type of product being shipped, or to the shipping location.

 

Within the Continental US (48 states)

Your cost of shipping is directly reflected by the rates charged by the applicable shipping option, up to $100.00 US (does not include residential fee). Some products must ship ground rather than USPS. Free shipping over $100.00, does not apply to wholesale or contract customers unless specified in advance.

Outside the Contnental US
$100.00 free shipping does not apply!
All orders outside the Continental US will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail International (including
 insurance). Shipping costs do NOT include any duties, taxes, brokerage fees...etc that may be incurred upon delivery. Weight will be based on the actual weight or dimensional weight of the box, whichever is greater.

You are likely aware of how the current economic climate is causing cost increases on many of the things we need and use. Raw materials as well as production costs have pushed up pricing on containers and other items we use in the nails industry. Ocean freight costs have soared 400%+ (as of June 2021)!
Consequently, price changes are inevitable.
Nailogic will always attempt to provide the best pricing to you according to the best pricing to Nailogic.

 

Return & Exchange Policy​

Xek, Inc. dba. Nailogic stands behind all the products we sell. If any product does not meet Nailogic’s standards of function and quality the product can be exchanged, credited, or refunded if postmarked within seven (7) days of invoice date. Any chemical product which has been opened cannot be returned as it is not fit for resale. Kits may be returned for refund or credit if postmarked within seven (7) days of date of invoice only if the kit has not been opened. Upon receipt of the kit at Xek, Inc. the kit will be inspected to determine all components are present, unopened, and functional. All products need to be returned in their original packaging where applicable.

All returns must be accompanied with a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) issued by Xek, Inc. To receive a "RAN" and to get instructions on how best to package products for return, call 540-291-1400.

Please be reminded that shipping costs are not refundable.
